Our terms and conditions include our Accepted Use and Master Services Agreement (MSA), which is available upon request.
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply between you, the User of this website www.serff.ai (the “Website”) and the Serff.ai APIs, MCP server, dashboard and any other Serff.ai product or service (together, the “Serff.ai Services”), and Llow Group Limited, trading as Serff.ai, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 14334541 and its registered office at 3rd floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom (“Serff.ai”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Serff.ai is the owner and operator of the Website and the Serff.ai Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website, the Serff.ai Services, or by registering for an account. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or the Serff.ai Services.
In these Terms, “User” or “you” means anyone who accesses the Website or Serff.ai Services, whether as a free-tier user, a paying subscriber, or on behalf of a customer organisation.
The Website and Serff.ai Services use cookies and similar technologies. By continuing to use them you agree to our use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, any order form, subscription agreement or Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between you and Serff.ai.
Serff.ai provides a search and analysis platform for United States insurance filings sourced from public regulatory portals (including the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ SERFF system and state insurance department websites). The Serff.ai Services include our website search, our REST API, our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, alerts, webhooks and any additional features we release from time to time.
Serff.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF), any US state insurance department, or any insurance carrier whose filings appear on the platform. All filing content displayed on the Serff.ai Services is public regulatory record. Product names, tradenames, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Serff.ai Services surface, summarise, structure and cross-reference public filings and may present outputs generated by artificial-intelligence (AI) models. AI-generated outputs are provided for information only and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. They are not legal, actuarial, regulatory, financial, or professional advice, and must not be relied upon in isolation from the underlying source filings. You are responsible for verifying any material outputs against the original source documents before acting on them.
Access to specific features and quotas depends on the tier you have purchased. Current tiers, prices, quotas and rate limits are published at www.serff.ai/pricing and may change from time to time. These Terms do not fix any price or quota; the Website is the authoritative source.
To access certain Serff.ai Services you must register an account and provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys and OAuth client secrets, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed by our payment processor, Stripe, in accordance with the plan you select at www.serff.ai/pricing. Unless stated otherwise on the pricing page or in an order form, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period and no partial refund is due except where required by law.
We may change our prices, quotas or tier structure by publishing an update on the Website. Continued use of a paid tier after such an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change.
Free-tier access is a courtesy and may be modified, throttled, suspended or withdrawn at our discretion.
All content on the Website and the Serff.ai Services other than public regulatory content and content you upload — including our text, graphics, software, data compilations, page layout, code, embeddings, indexes and any other proprietary output — is the property of Serff.ai, our affiliates or third parties who have licensed it to us (“Serff.ai Content”). By using the Serff.ai Services you acknowledge that Serff.ai Content is protected by copyright, trademark, database rights and other intellectual-property rights.
Subject to these Terms and the tier you have purchased, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Serff.ai Services for your internal business purposes.
You must not, and must not permit any third party to:
a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, model weights, embeddings, or underlying structure of the Serff.ai Services, except to the extent this restriction is not permitted by law;
b) provide, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Serff.ai Services available to any third party except as expressly permitted by your tier;
c) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Serff.ai Services;
d) exceed or circumvent any express or implied usage limitations — including, without limitation, monthly call quotas, per-tier rate limits, concurrency caps or feature restrictions — whether by pooling accounts, sharing API keys, “multiplexing”, or otherwise;
e) use the Serff.ai Services or any output from them to train, fine-tune, evaluate or otherwise develop a competing product, model or service;
f) bulk-download, mirror, or systematically extract the Serff.ai corpus, indexes, embeddings, or any structured output beyond the scope reasonably necessary for your permitted use;
g) remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Serff.ai Services or any materials we publish;
h) upload, submit, or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code, or any content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable;
i) probe, scan, load-test, or otherwise attempt to compromise the security of the Serff.ai Services or any associated infrastructure, or to circumvent authentication, quota enforcement or licence-control mechanisms;
j) impersonate any person or entity, provide false identity information, or share account credentials, API keys or OAuth secrets with any unauthorised party.
All use of Serff.ai brands, names, logos and assets requires our prior written consent. Contact contact@llow.io for approval.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Serff.ai Services with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect the security or integrity of our services, or if required by law.
You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard or by emailing contact@llow.io. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of pre-paid fees except where required by law.
On termination: your right to access the Serff.ai Services ends; we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4, 7, 8 and 10) will do so.
The Serff.ai Services, the Website and any information available through them are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that they will be free of defects, faults, errors or interruptions, and no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or non-infringement.
Public filing content, and any AI-generated summary or analysis of it, may contain errors, delays or omissions. Nothing on the Serff.ai Services constitutes legal, actuarial, regulatory, financial, insurance-underwriting or professional advice. You must independently verify anything material before relying on it.
We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any part or the whole of the Serff.ai Services at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of material changes to paying subscribers.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes either party’s liability for:
a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to section 7.1, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
a) neither party will be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss or damage;
b) neither party will be liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, opportunity, or loss or corruption of data; and
c) our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Serff.ai Services in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you have paid to us for the Serff.ai Services in that period (or, for free-tier users, £100).
You will indemnify and hold harmless Serff.ai, our affiliates and our respective officers, employees and agents from and against any losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
a) your breach of these Terms, our Privacy Policy or applicable law;
b) your use of the Serff.ai Services in any manner not expressly permitted; or
c) any content you upload, transmit or generate via the Serff.ai Services that infringes the rights of any third party.
Each party will keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Serff.ai Services and will use it only for the purposes of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, that the receiving party lawfully knew before disclosure, or that is required to be disclosed by law or regulator.
We may vary these Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on the Website. Where changes are material we will give reasonable notice (for example by email to registered users). Continued use of the Serff.ai Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change.
If any court or competent authority finds any provision of these Terms invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision (or the relevant part of it) will be deemed deleted to the extent required, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions will not be affected.
Neither party may assign these Terms without the prior written consent of the other, except that we may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all our assets.
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of their provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Serff.ai in respect of the Serff.ai Services, save that where an executed order form or MSA is in place between you and Serff.ai, that document governs to the extent of any conflict.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
